We offer services to support your international documentary business and assume the political and economic risks in the country in which the letter of credit is opened.We would be pleased to review your instructions to open and settle an import letter of credit for you, for instance.
We confirm export letters of credit opened in your favour according to our relevant limits where instructed or authorised to do so by the opening bank. Should the letter of credit not include a confirmation instruction, we can quickly inform you whether our country limits allow us to issue document redemption or negotiation commitments in your favour.
As regards export letters of credit with deferred payment deadlines that are either confirmed or covered by our commitment – and depending on the features of the letter of credit in question - we guarantee immediate payment by way of negotiation, discounting or forfaiting.
In addition to documentary and stand-by letters of credit, our range of services will of course also include L/C transfers as well as back-to-back, red-clause and revolving letters of credit.
Our extensive network of foreign correspondent banks not only helps us to manage your letters of credit in a highly professional way, but also ensures the prompt and reliable settlement of your documentary collections.
