The "Elite Report”, published by the German newspaper Handelsblatt, is the leading market survey in the field of portfolio management. Every year, it assesses the quality of up to 400 portfolio managers and banks in Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland on the basis of more than 40 different criteria. In all the major categories, such as client focus, product neutrality, risk control, portfolio concept, and inheritance and estate arrangements, BHF-BANK ranked among the elite institutions in the field of portfolio management. |
The Elite Report subjects each portfolio manager’s offering to a comprehensive analysis in order to assess whether the institute in question offers first-class advisory quality from the first contact right through to the implementation of the investment proposal. Using a questionnaire, the Elite Report’s editorial team first of all collates the key information on all aspects of portfolio management. The actual assessment then comprises an examination of a number of selected portfolios in cooperation with auditors, and visits by undercover test clients to branch offices of the institutes under review. The test clients are highly wealthy individuals who seek comprehensive advice on every area of portfolio management.
Our bank once again ranked first among all the portfolio managers and banks surveyed this year – no institute posted a higher score than BHF-BANK.
